Epi Info basic course is five days essential training course specially designed for Public Health professionals. The course provides the participants with the basic knowledge and skills of using Epi info software for research data management and analysis. Keeping in view the time constraints, a study project ie., an outbreak investigation is used in the training course.
A series of five activities are designed for five days of training course. Each activity is the base for the next activity and has to be completed in a step-wise manner. For each training activity an illustrated guidelines developed which facilitate the participants to complete the activity tasks. Successfull completion of these activities will provide the participants with the fundamental skills of using Epi Info for research data analysis and management.
